ReadyToProcess™ columns are validated prepacked columns designed for scale-up and GMP manufacturing. Using prepacked columns reduces costs by eliminating the need for column packing, preparation and validation procedures.

  • Available in three standard bed heights (150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm) for columns with inner diameter 80 mm, 126 mm, 178 mm, 251 mm and 359 mm with bed volume ranging from 0.8 L to 20 L
  • Available in standard bed height 200 mm for columns with inner diameter 450 mm and 600 mm for bed volume up to 56 L
  • Custom bed heights are available

Packed with BioProcess™ resins such as the Capto™ and MabSelect™ resin families, the columns work seamlessly with ÄKTA ready™ single-use chromatography systems. The columns are suitable for purification of mAbs, recombinant proteins, viral vectors and other biomolecules.
