Memory T Cells – Depletion Of CD45RA+ Cells

Harnessing the power of memory T cells is becoming an important strategy for supporting immune recovery following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). By selectively depleting CD45RA-positive cells, researchers can reduce potentially alloreactive naïve T cells while preserving memory T cells that retain pathogen-specific immune function. The approach also removes additional cell populations, including most B cells and NK cells, helping create a more targeted cell product.
