Explore a new workflow for the isolation and analysis of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). This new workflow includes tissue storage, tumor dissociation, dead cell removal, and cell isolation to enrich viable T and B cell populations. T and B cells were successfully isolated, significantly reducing the time required for flow cytometric analysis and flow sorting of rare cell populations, and single-cell sequencing of TILs was improved.

Here, we look further into the study that was conducted to show how this workflow could be a valuable tool for researchers studying immunotherapy.
