Continuous interaction of cancer cells with their environment has a tremendous effect on tumor progression. In addition, processes and interactions within the tumor microenvironment (TME) can have a high impact on therapeutic responses and resistance. Therefore, the development of cancer therapies that target certain components of the TME is currently of high interest, and to that end, a comprehensive understanding of the complex TME composition is required.

Explore new technology developed to circumvent the limitations of traditional TME characterization. The technology is based on an iterative cyclic staining process, which is composed of three steps conducted by an imaging system in a fully automated manner.
