Easy And Effective Isolation Of CD8+ Antigen-Specific T Cells

In response to the growing prevalence of adoptive T cell therapies (ACTs), the MACSQuant® Tyto™ was developed for the easy and effective isolation of antigen-specific T cells in a clinical setting. The MACSQuant® Tyto™ is a fully closed, sterile, and easy-to-use system. Here, we demonstrate the system's ability to sort rare antigen-specific cytotoxic T cells out of fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
