Determination Of Immune Cell Composition And CAR-T Cells From A CliniMACS Prodigy® CAR-T Cell Manufacturing Process

The CliniMACS Prodigy system facilitates the automated production of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, streamlining the complex manufacturing process. Throughout this process, cell samples are meticulously collected and monitored using flow cytometry to assess the quantity and composition of immune cell populations, as well as the presence of CAR-T cells. To achieve this, the MACSQuant® Analyzer 10, MACSQuant X, and MACSQuant Analyzer 16, in combination with the CAR-T Cell Express Mode Package, are employed for automated analysis.
