Small Scale Feasibility

Since 2018, Viralgen has performed over 900 small scale feasibility studies. With a simple quote and 10 mg of your research grade transgene plasmid, we perform a small shake flask study, including downstream purification.

Next, we do a small amount of purity and titer testing to ensure the product is as expected. We then fill the purified AAV product, which is usually 1-3 mL for a 2 L study, into vials at an agreed upon volume and send it to the client for their research and evaluation use.
