SeQure Change-seq – Nomination Assay
CHANGE-seq and CHANGE-seq-BE are sensitive, genome-wide, high-throughput biochemical assays for off-target site nomination.
In both methods, circularized genomic DNA is treated in vitro with the editor of interest, followed by selective sequencing of edited on- and off-target sites. By combining CHANGE-seq-BE and ONE-seq-BE, SeQure offers the only off-target nomination service that delivers orthogonal assays for base editors that align with the FDA’s recommendations for off-target site nomination in genome-editing therapies.
