Pellicon® Capsules With Ultracel® Membrane

Pellicon® Capsules with Ultracel® Membrane offer a cutting-edge solution for single-use tangential flow filtration (TFF) processes. These provide superior flux performance, high-concentration targets, and linear scalability in a plug 'n play format. With a holderless, self-contained design, these enable easy installation and safe removal, reducing product changeover time and minimizing risks of contamination.

The Pellicon® Capsules are presterilized, eliminating the need for sanitization and cleaning. They offer fast product changeover,. The Ultracel® composite regenerated cellulose membrane ensures optimum product recovery, low fouling, and high yields. The capsules feature an optimum feed channel design, promoting superior flux performance for rapid processing and achieving high final concentrations.

Pellicon® Capsules provide reliability across all scales, allowing for a seamless transition from process development to implementation. The manufacturing process ensures high levels of consistency and reproducibility, guaranteeing reliable performance from run to run and campaign to campaign. Additionally, the capsules undergo rigorous quality control tests and come with individual Certificates of Quality.

Comprehensive support and services are available, including assistance from experienced engineers, Emprove® Program dossiers, and Validation Services. TFF Systems, such as Cogent® Lab Systems and process-scale single-use TFF systems, offer efficient concentration and diafiltration solutions for proteins, ensuring smooth scale-up and scale-down.
