In this case study, the goal was to deliver multi-leg shipments of crucial stem cell samples on-time and within specifications. Marken needed to collect samples from Japanese apheresis treatment centers (ATC) and transport them to a USA manufacturing plant within 24 hours.

There were challenges involved:
