IRO: The New Standard Of CGT Manufacturing

Oribiotech's IRO platform offers a new standard for CGT manufacturing. It automates the longest, most manually intensive parts of the CGT workflow and features a patented OriConnect™ System for closed, automated sterile fluid transfer. The system includes a novel bellows bioreactor with a flexible operating volume range from 50ml to 1L, allowing activation, transduction, and expansion in one consumable. This can increase throughput per square foot, targeting around 1000 doses per year in a 1000 sq ft space.
