  1. Your service begins before you even sign a quote, by meeting with our technical team to understand your project goals and develop a project strategy.
  2. After your quote is signed, we’ll have a kick-off meeting where we verify project objectives, tasks, and timelines.

  4. During the editing process—which is conducted from start to finish in our California facilities—we keep you updated on project status and are fully transparent about any challenges that arise.
  5. We maintain pluripotency maintained throughout the genome editing process using high-end cell culture reagents and optimized protocols
  6. Once the iPSC gene editing is complete, we perform rigorous QC analyses to confirm the gene edit(s) and clonal stability. We can also run additional characterizations such as to confirm pluripotency.
  7. We can continue your project by differentiating your edited iPSCs into your desired cell type.
