Numerous studies have identified specific cellular characteristics that are strongly associated with functional performance. These include correlations between metabolic activity and proliferative capacity, the relationship between T cell polyfunctionality and therapeutic efficacy, as well as links between stemness and long-term persistence. Importantly, these individual traits have each demonstrated predictive value in relation to clinical outcomes.

Building on this foundational understanding, the Excellos360 platform was developed to systematically capture a wide range of biologically relevant variables — including, but not limited to, these key markers. Beyond simple data collection, the platform integrates these diverse attributes into a unified, multiparametric score. This condensed metric preserves the predictive power of traditional T cell assays while offering a scalable and efficient prescreening tool. As such, Excellos360 serves as a strategic approach to evaluate and generalize the therapeutic potential of cellular starting material early in the manufacturing process.
