Esco IntelliGlove Tester (EIGT) Wireless Glove Leak Tester
The Esco IntelliGlove Tester (EIGT) is Esco’s third-generation wireless glove leak tester, designed for leak detection on gloves, sleeves, and gauntlets used in isolators, RABS, and glove boxes.
Operating on the pressure loss principle defined in ISO 14644-7, the system supports routine verification of glove integrity in pharmaceutical and biocontainment environments.
Glove integrity testing is a recognized element of contamination control strategies in aseptic processing. The EIGT is intended to support consistent testing practices where documentation, traceability, and process reliability are required.
Developed as part of Esco’s containment and cleanroom equipment portfolio, the system supports a wide range of applications across controlled environments.

Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery, the wireless glove leak tester operates without power cables. It is not limited to a single fixed glove port and can be easily moved and used across multiple glove ports on different machines, providing flexible and efficient operation.
Customizable docking glove port adaptor
The adaptor can be designed to suit the existing glove port sizes.
Availability of data connection ports
Equipped with USB and RJ45 ports for data migration to external flash disk or PC.
