Cytokine Mouse Models: AAALAC And Worldwide Shipping

Cytokines are essential signaling proteins that regulate immune development and responses. Dysregulation of cytokine activity is implicated in a wide range of diseases, including autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, chronic infections, and cancer. To facilitate the study of immune mechanisms and therapeutic development, genetically engineered mouse models expressing humanized cytokine genes have been developed. These models feature knock-in of human cytokine gene counterparts at the endogenous loci, ensuring physiological expression patterns. Validation has been performed both in vivo and in vitro, confirming accurate expression of the human genes. These models are built on the widely used C57BL/6J genetic background, making them compatible with a broad range of experimental protocols. They serve as powerful tools for investigating immune responses, inflammation, and for conducting efficacy studies in immunotherapy and oncology, as well as drug screening applications.
This platform enables researchers to better understand disease mechanisms and accelerate the development of targeted treatments.
