Aseptic Containment Isolator (ACTI)

In pharmaceutical manufacturing, maintaining an aseptic environment is a non-negotiable requirement for ensuring product safety and patient health, as well as protecting the product from the operator and the operator from the product, especially when handling potent or hazardous compounds. Key features of effective containment include high-efficiency filtration, unidirectional airflow to sweep away contaminants, and robust physical barriers that minimize human intervention within the work zone.
This aseptic containment isolator offers a "switchable" operational design that adapts to your specific process needs. Unlike static systems, it can transition between positive and negative pressure modes, allowing a single unit to handle both toxic and non-toxic materials with equal efficacy. Its also able to achieve a 6-log reduction in viable contaminants through integrated bio-decontamination, combined with the flexibility of both recirculating and full-exhaust airflow regimes.
