RoSS.PADL is a scalable platform for cooling your single-use bag whilst gently massaging it to ensure there is a homogenous mixture of the solution. With the RoSS.PADL, multiple cooling and massaging mechanisms can be placed side by side with one control system.
What makes RoSS.PADL the optimal solution?
Automate your process - Where normally, an operator would massage the bag, this process can be automated to remove the requirement of having someone massage the bag. The removal of human invervention means a scalable process for 1 or more bags in parallel and the reduced risk of human error in bag handling.
Bag agnostic - No matter the manufacturer of the bag, the RoSS.PADL does not differentiate and is scalable to the customer needs.
Fluid homogeneity through massaging & cooling - Using the adjustable massaging mechanism and the cooling plate, it is possible to ensure homogeneity during draining of the single-use bag. With the cooling plate, it is possible to keep the mixture between 2°C and 8°C ensuring optimum temperatures during draining. The cooling plate can also be turned off.
