AST Container Closing System Brochure

AST’s Container Closing System (CCS) is a bench-top, semi-automatic machine used for closing pre-filled syringes and cartridges. The system is designed to meet the demanding requirements for small batch processing of sterile injectable products. The system’s flexibility allows processing of glass and plastic syringes and cartridges, and can insert a variety of piston combinations using both the vacuum and vent-tube (mechanical) methodologies. The system’s versatility, features and compact size make it ideally suited for R&D labs and cGMP environments.
